This place was a fitting option for a holiday in Kuala Lumpur with excellent value for money. The staff were really helpful when I needed assistance with the access card to get to my room. For a smoother stay, make sure to request an extra room card for your family.

The check-in process was efficient, putting me at ease right away. On the downside, the elevators were painfully slow at peak hours, making it frustrating to get to and from my room. I often found myself waiting in long lines, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The pool area was also overcrowded, shared with residents from the neighboring Axon residency. Service inconsistencies were baffling. some requests for extra towels were met with resistance unless made by an adult. Overall, the beautiful location and room views were highlights, but management needs to address the elevator situation to improve the guest experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic family stay! The kids loved the vibrant swimming pool, especially the small pool for toddlers. Check-in was quick, and the clean room provided us with a cozy retreat after a day of exploring nearby shopping centers. Remember to bring a queue number for check-in!

The Grand Superior King Room featured breathtaking views and was exceptionally clean, which enhanced my experience. A wide variety of restaurants and shopping options were conveniently located nearby, with Pavilion Mall just a short walk away. The infinity pool provided stunning vistas, making it a perfect spot to relax. However, the limited availability of the pool during rainy weather was disappointing.
